We genuinely believe in our products.

If you are not completely thrilled with your purchase we will be happy to make a full refund if you can return most items to us within 14 days of delivery.

If return is for refund/exchange only and have non-quality cases, besides the shipping fees, we will also deduct 9% of the order total amount as handling fee and give you a partial refund or another product you like (charge or refund balance money for the different items).

In case the products arrive with damages, wrong delivery or mismatched products, we would be happy to make a full refund or exchange. However, we would not hold responsibility for damages caused by malice action (by customer herself/himself), and exchange or refund would be rejected.
